Marketing and Relationship Coordinator

Seed Health & Wellness Centre is an integrative, patient-centered medical clinic committed to transforming how people understand and experience health. As we expand our offerings and visibility, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing, Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about bringing wellness to organizations, communities, and the wider public.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Doha, Qatar. The Coordinator will lead the development and management of corporate and community partnerships, organize and promote high‑impact events, and support the execution of Seed’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and Clinical Director, engaging directly with practitioners and external partners to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic corporate and community partnerships.
• Pitch Seed’s group offerings, workshops, and corporate wellness services to organizations across Qatar.
• Coordinate with partners to plan joint initiatives, events, and recurring engagements.
• Develop partnership proposals, track outcomes, and manage follow‑up communication.
