YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3-4 Years

SALARY RANGE : QAR 2, - QAR 5,
APPLICANT LOCATION : In-country Hire Only
Responsibilities
- Receive and secure all incoming shipments.
- Address all related on-time claims with suppliers for defective materials or incorrect item codes.
- Follow up on and secure the clearance of all shipments.
- Ensure quality control for all delivered materials.
- Secure signed Delivery Orders and Project Completion documents for every project, including scanning and maintaining both digital and physical copies.
- Log all shipments accurately.
- Ensure correct labeling of materials for delivery.
- Assist with payment follow-ups, ensuring final payments are settled before delivery and execution (case-to-case basis with management).
- Support quarterly and year-end inventory activities.
- Arrange deliveries to clients.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.
