Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development :
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Content Creation :
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform.
Community Management :
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships.
Analytics & Reporting :
Track KPIs, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Trend Monitoring :
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
Campaign Management :
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience :
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social; familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Communication :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity :
Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
Analytical Thinking :
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
