Job Description
Lead and supervise the engineering team during assigned shifts to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.Coordinate daily operations including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.Monitor and maintain all hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and inventory.Train and mentor junior engineering staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to support guest services and hotel operations.Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests to ensure minimal disruption.Assist in managing vendor relationships and oversee outsourced maintenance work.Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or a related field.Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are preferred.Additional Information
