As a Senior Planning Executive, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of comprehensive media plans across various platforms. You will leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to analyze market trends and audience insights, creating strategies that deliver impactful results. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality media planning and seamless execution, while also managing project timelines and objectives. In addition to supporting business growth, you will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of media strategies and interactive plans that align with client's business objectives.
• Take ownership of key components required to build and execute a media plan, ensuring all elements are well-integrated.
• Develop innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet client goals, ensuring media plans are both creative and effective.
• Analyse research data, media information, and trends to provide valuable insights and report key findings to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize the media plan, ensuring the plan evolves in response to insights and performance.
• Lead recommendations on the best media channels and tools, ensuring all media choices align with client goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, continually integrating new practices and tools into the media planning process.
• Analyse campaign performance using research and planning tools, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee the execution of media plans and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered as expected.
• Provide leadership to junior planning staff, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with tasks as needed by the Direct Manager.
