Description Assist in the installation of various types of sports flooring systems (rubber, vinyl, wooden, artificial turf, etc.).

Handle and prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for installation work.

Assist in layout, measurement, and cutting of flooring materials according to specifications.

Support the assembly and installation of sports equipment (e.g., goal posts, bleachers, gym equipment, and court accessories).

Ensure proper surface preparation before installation (cleaning, leveling, and checking moisture conditions).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Assist supervisors and skilled installers in completing tasks on schedule.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman.

Desired Skills & Experience Nationality : FILIFINO / NEPAL ONLY

Minimum 2 years of experience in flooring installation, fit-out, or sports equipment setup.

Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and measuring techniques.

Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and layout plans.

Skilled in cutting, fitting, and finishing flooring materials.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and lifting tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE.

Flexibility to work long hours or weekends when required to meet project deadlines.
