We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our private clients, a group based in Doha, Qatar, with diversified business interests across hospitality, luxury retail, and more. As part of their continued financial optimisation, they are seeking a dynamic treasury professional to join their finance leadership team through the following role : Position : Group Treasury Manager Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Group’s daily treasury operations across multiple business units. Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, trade finance, and FX operations. Monitor and control treasury risk, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and group governance standards. Provide strategic insight and C-level reporting Support investment analysis, funding strategies, and capital structure optimisation. Implement and maintain treasury systems and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for treasury-related matters across the group. Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA / CTP / ACT certifications are a plus). Minimum 5 years of treasury experience,

ideally within a GCC

holding group or diversified business structure . Solid track record in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking operations. Exposure to multi-entity treasury environments and C-level reporting. Strong financial modelling, Excel, and TMS (Treasury Management Systems) knowledge. Familiarity with GCC financial regulations and banking landscape. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Interested?
