Optometrist

Overview We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and comprehensive vision care services to our patients, including conducting eye examinations, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

Conduct eye examinations and diagnose ocular diseases.

Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans.

Keep up-to-date records on patient information including medical history, test results, diagnoses, treatment plans and prescriptions.

Provide lifestyle advice to improve vision health when appropriate.

Adhere to current safety regulations, maintain attention to detail, and work independently as required.

Qualifications

Good understanding of anatomy, physiology, optics and ophthalmology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail; highly organized; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid optometry license.

Details This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for the role.
