Office assistant vacancy in Al-Wakra Qatar Office Assistant (Qatar). We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and have the ability to multitask. Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and emails
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Filing documents and organizing office supplies
Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
Managing office resources such as equipment, stationery, etc.
Assisting in organizing events and activities when needed
Providing support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
