Overview
We are hiring for a Technical Assistant who will provide secretarial and clerical support to Risk management department.
This position is an off-structure and outsourced role, which will be under the sponsorship of our empaneled consultant.
Qualifications
- Available locally with valid QID.
- Bilingual with 4+ years of experience in providing administrative support.
- Graduate in Business administration
- Experience in insurance / risk management companies will be a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Handling department's calendar for ensuring an efficient time management process.Organizing meetings and coordinate agendas, writing and editing minutes and preparing reports and correspondences.Following up with internal teams on pending matters with guidance on related matters.Answering telephone calls and provide relevant information and accordingly screening / routing calls to appropriate individual.Greeting and escorting visitors and assist with resolution to queries.Receiving, sorting and distribution of incoming mails for the department.Preparing and arranging distribution of outgoing mails to relevant parties.Consolidating, maintaining and updating records.Supporting in maintenance of group risk register and supporting in assessment of risks along with internal team members.Maintaining accurate digital records in the form of database, spreadsheet or key technical files via set automated systems.Facilitating bookkeeping function and supporting in developing budgets.Ensuring confidentiality while managing and distributing documents related to department's activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
