Production Supervisor

Developing and implementing production plans schedules and strategies to meet production objectives Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively Overseeing operations of the production facility and directly supervising production staff including hiring training and evaluating their performance Maintaining SOPs and ensuring SOPs are in place and followed Enforcing established policies and systems updating equipment and followingup on recommendations Experience in Metal Company is Required
