Job Description :

Ginger Healthcare, a reputable and growing healthcare provider in Qatar, is looking for a qualified and compassionate Female Nurse to join its professional team in Doha. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and Ginger Healthcare’s standards, contributing to a safe and nurturing healthcare environment.As a Female Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-focused care, maintaining detailed medical records, and assisting doctors and other medical professionals in day-to-day clinical operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and medical examinations
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families
• Maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially
• Prepare and manage clinical equipment and instruments
• Respond to medical emergencies quickly and efficiently
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
• Coordinate with other nurses and medical staff for seamless patient care

Education & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing
• Valid Nursing License from a recognized medical council
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospital or clinic preferred)
• Must be eligible for or hold a Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) license
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
• Must be female (due to patient care requirements)

Salary & Benefits :

• Monthly salary : QAR 5,000 – QAR 7,500 (commensurate with experience)
