Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar‑Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems in order to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production flow, reduce waste and increase productivity

Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions

Work closely with production teams to streamline processes and improve workflow

Design layouts for production facilities, considering factors such as space requirements, ergonomics, and safety regulations

Identify opportunities for automation and implement new technologies to increase efficiency

Develop cost‑benefit analyses for proposed process improvements

Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvements as needed

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new products or improve existing ones

Train staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role

Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies

Experience with data analysis tools such as Six Sigma or Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

Proficient in project management techniques and tools

Knowledge of automation technologies is preferred

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication skills

Preferred Requirements

Fluency in English

Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region

Familiarity with Arabic language
