About
The Marketing Manager – IFI Qatar plays a key operational and executional role in driving marketing activities for IFI’s business lines in Qatar, including IELTS Test Centre, Academy, Mentoring, and Student Placement.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position ensures that all marketing initiatives are implemented efficiently and aligned with IFI’s brand strategy and growth objectives.
While the strategic direction and creative leadership are provided by the central marketing team, the executional operations (including digital campaigns, PR, BTL, Brand Activations and event coordination) are supported by IFI’s Iran-based marketing back office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Support the VP of Marketing in implementing IFI Qatar’s marketing strategy and calendar.
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns based on approved plans and budgets.
- Coordinate between the Qatar business team and the Iran-based marketing back office for timely campaign delivery.
- Manage campaign logistics, supplier coordination, and reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities including content publication, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and SEO / SEM performance tracking.
- Analyze data and share regular performance reports with the VP of Marketing.
- Ensure consistency of tone, message, and brand identity across all digital channels.
3. PR, Events & Partnerships
Support public relations efforts by maintaining media lists, drafting press materials, and coordinating coverage.Assist in planning and executing local events such as IELTS info sessions, workshops, and academic fairs.Liaise with local partners, suppliers, and agencies when required.4. Market Insights & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, education trends, and market feedback in Qatar.Collect and organize data on student inquiries, campaign performance, and event outcomes.Report insights and recommendations directly to the VP of Marketing.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing management or coordination role.Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and event marketing fundamentals.Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — minimum IELTS 8 or equivalent.Good working knowledge of Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with education, IELTS, or academic services is an advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.Comfortable working within a cross-country team structure (Qatar front office / Iran back office).Job Type
