We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our prestigious fine dining restaurant team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing cooking and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Maintain portion control and consistent presentation in line with menu specifications.
- Follow recipes accurately and contribute to the development of new menu items.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, hygienic and organized at all times.
- Support in stock control receiving deliveries and minimizing wastage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Take responsibility for assigned kitchen section during service in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fine dining or high‑end restaurant environment.Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.Formal culinary training or relevant hospitality certifications are preferred.Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food hygiene and safety procedures.Excellent knife skills and proficiency in a variety of cooking methods.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced multicultural kitchen.Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.Employment Type : Full Time
