BMS Operator

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the BMS to ensure optimal performance of building systems Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot faults promptly Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of BMS equipment Maintain accurate logs of system operations alarms and maintenance activities Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures Assist in commissioning and FAT Factory Acceptance Testing as required Qualifications Experience Diploma ITI Technical Certification in Electrical Electronics or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in Facility Management with handson experience operating BMS systems FM experience is mandatory Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and building automation Good troubleshooting and communication skills
