As the Arabic Cook Chef, you will be responsible for teaching, supervising, and managing all kitchen areas, including any tasks assigned by the Executive Chef. Ensure clear communication with the kitchen staff and provide precise instructions. Keep staff supported with assistance and guidance.
Responsibilities
Candidate must have worked in the field for at least five years.
Plan, prepare, and serve all food and drinks according to quality standards, aligned with client and company expectations.
Prepare menus and use standardised recipes.
Manage the quality, presentation and service of the food to meet the established standards.
Supervise food handling, packaging, and storage, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Apply food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Certificate in culinary arts is an added advantage.
Compensation and Requirements Salary : QAR 4000
Nationality : Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria.
