Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager – Bakery to lead and manage end-to-end bakery operations across factory and retail outlets in Qatar. The role focuses on production planning, quality control, product innovation, hygiene compliance, and team leadership to ensure consistent product excellence and operational efficiency.

Note : Only South Indian candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Manager (Bakery) are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production across factory units and retail outlets
• Coordinate production schedules with Supervisors to meet sales forecasts and demand
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Implement and monitor SOPs for production, quality control, and hygiene
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across facilities and delivery vehicles
• Supervise, mentor, and train Supervisors and production teams
• Lead recruitment and skill development for bakery production staff
• Drive product consistency, quality improvement, and operational efficiency

Salary : 1.74LPA Per Month

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum 10+years of experience in bakery production management, with proven experience in both factory and retail operations. Strong knowledge of bakery operations, food costing, inventory management, and quality control. Experience in product innovation, R&D, and menu development. Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, or equivalent). Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
