Who We're Looking For : A business development professional with 4-6 years of experience in sales or BD, ideally in marketing, branding, or agency environments. Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets in competitive sectors. Fluent in English, with strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, excellent relationship-building abilities, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Familiar with CRM tools, market analysis, and digital networking platforms to maximize outreach. Passionate about sports, events, or lifestyle industries, with a keen eye for cultural trends and innovative marketing.
