Responsibilities

• Ensure that all public areas of the accommodation are properly cleaned at all times, in line with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning these areas.
• Report any fire or safety hazard to housekeeping management.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure that garbage is removed and disposed correctly on a daily basis.
• Ensure that linen exchange is done regularly as per schedule.
• Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the Club House wash rooms.
• Ensure that lost and found articles are processed properly.
• Follow and recommend measures to minimize wastage of materials and ensure amenities are used efficiently in the department.
• Follow all supervisor tasks and directions.
• Report and perform maintenance for any minor maintenance issues.
• Report to Housing Manager.
