Weare a team of professional Estate Surveyors & Valuers, andChartered Surveyors doing business in the core areas of AssetValuation, Real Estate Brokerage (Sales & Agency), PropertyManagement, Facilities Management, Project Management, PropertyDevelopment, and Real Estate AdvisoryServices.

Weare duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV),the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the African Real EstateSociety and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board ofNigeria.

Weare seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Marketing / SalesPersonnel to join our team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for developing and implementing effective marketingstrategies to promote our real estate services and properties.

TheReal Estate Marketing / Sales Personnel will work closely with otherteam members to identify opportunities and generate leads throughvarious marketing channels.

Theideal candidate for this position is expected to be creative,outgoing, and passionate about realestate.

KeyResponsibilities :

Developand implement marketing plans for real estate services andproperties

Collaboratewith the sales team to identify target markets and generateleads

Createand distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers,and social mediaposts

Provideregular sales and marketing reports tomanagement

Attendindustry events and networkingopportunities

Conductmarket research to identify trends andopportunities

Developand maintain relationships with clients andpartners

Buildand maintain relationships with key clients, partners, andstakeholders

Developand deliver sales presentations andproposals

Requirements

Qualifications :

Provenexperience in real estate marketing, sales or a relatedfield

HND / Bachelorsdegree

Provenexperience as a Sales / Marketing Professional or in a similarrole

Strongleadership and managementskills

Proventrack record of achieving salestargets

Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills

Stronganalytical and problem-solvingabilities

Mustbe able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills

Proficiencyin MS Office and Adobe CreativeSuite

Experiencewith digitalmarketing

Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail

Abilityto work as part of ateam
