Responsibilities

• Perform tube fitting, bending, routing, and installation of stainless-steel instrument tubing systems.
• Prepare material, measure accurately, and ensure correct alignment and clamping of tubing.
• Carry out swaging, threading, and tightening procedures as per project specifications.
• Read and work from P&ID, isometrics, and hookup drawings to complete installations.
• Conduct leak checks, pressure tests, and ensure joints comply with quality standards.
• Coordinate with instrument technicians and supervisors to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and follow all site safety and permit-to-work procedures.
