Fleet Operations Manager (CAR RENTAL & LEASING)

Manage daily operations of the car rental and leasing business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to standards. Oversee

fleet management

activities including procurement, registration, insurance, maintenance, utilization, and disposal. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of rental agents, fleet supervisors, and warehouse officers to deliver outstanding service. Develop and implement

cost-control strategies

to achieve revenue targets. Establish, monitor, and optimize

operational systems and replacement strategies

for maximum efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships with

corporate clients, service providers, car dealers, and insurance partners . Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior management to guide strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with

local regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies . Supervise performance evaluation, identify training needs, and encourage staff development. Oversee budgeting, planning, and auditing processes to support sustainable growth. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree

in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years

of experience in car rental operations, fleet management, or automotive industry, including

at least 5 years in a managerial role . Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a

fast‑paced service environment . Strong

commercial acumen

with solid understanding of fleet utilization, pricing, and customer service practices. Bilingual proficiency :

Fluency in English (required) ; Arabic is an added advantage. Seniority level
