The Content Producer, Photography & Videography is a hands-on creative professional responsible for personally capturing and producing all high-quality, brand-aligned photography and video content. This in-house role is crucial for showcasing the hotel's luxury amenities, services, and guest experiences for use across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Personally plan, organize, and execute all photoshoots and video productions of the hotel's facilities, including restaurants, suites, the spa, pools, and private beach. Document hotel events, promotional campaigns, and special occasions to create compelling visual narratives. Capture high-quality images of culinary dishes, cocktails, and dining ambiance to highlight the hotel's unique food and beverage offerings. Manage all technical aspects of photo and video production, including lighting, sound, and on-site direction. Edit and retouch all visual content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the Kempinski brand guidelines. Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital archive of all visual assets for future use. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio, preferably in the hospitality or luxury brand sector. Expert proficiency in professional camera equipment and a deep understanding of lighting and composition. Mastery of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Excellent creative and visual storytelling abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
