Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize bar profitability. Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience. Train and mentor the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy fine dining setting. Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is required. Strong knowledge of Japanese beverages, including sake, whisky, and innovative cocktails.
