Job Objective
Develop controls to ensure AMOS and other ERP system’s functionality are fully utilized for all applicable business processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop checks and controls to routinely validate that all ERP systems functionality including but not limited to Amos are fully utilized for all applicable / approved business processes.
- Coordinate with end‑user departments and mutually set up periodically scheduled ERP system utilization check‑up plans and generate ERP system specific utilization check‑up reports, capturing observations and non‑conformance and submit them to the designated reporting department.
- Track and ensure timely closure of observations and / or non‑conformance captured during such validation / inspection exercise by coordinating with the target end‑user department.
- Establish productive working relationships with the end‑user departments and acquire functional knowledge of various business disciplines to suggest and support business process enhancements.
- Work with the end‑user department’s SME and / or key users to develop checklists necessary for conducting meaningful assessment of ERP system’s utilization for business processes.
- Develop training plan and materials for training end‑users that combines ERP system’s functionality with business processes and periodically deliver instructor‑led classroom and / or online training.
- Plan and deliver ERP system trainings (refreshers and new inductions) in collaboration with GHC’s training academy.
- Seek feedback from the end‑user department’s key users and SME to develop and evaluate training and training requirements for effective delivery.
- Develop and provide feedback on ERP training materials (self‑developed and / or ERP sourced) and manage learner assessments and attendance tracking.
- Maintain successful training delivery satisfaction statistics to drive training program goals of optimum utilization of ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain Power BI (and other industry‑leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Qlik Sense) high‑performance data visualizations, reports, dashboards and provide ad‑hoc reporting.
- Create PL / SQL / PostgreSQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views and exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking, and migrating complex data sets.
- Expertise in SQL databases, MySQL, PostgreSQL and strong ability to write SQL queries.
- Complete additional responsibilities / tasks in a time‑bound manner as may be allocated by evolving business and / or operational requirements.

Engineering diploma or degree – Computer Science or Information Technology streams (advantageous).Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, database technology, and aviation ERP and business functions.Solid background in ERP / Aviation maintenance, material and inventory concepts, accepted aviation business practices, problem and data analysis, and related ERP software and tools.Clear understanding of business processes and models including best practices and end‑to‑end workflows across all operational areas, with experience in maintenance and repair organization (MRO).Creative, self‑starting, results‑oriented and highly motivated individual with good analytical skills and ability to resolve complex business and technical problems independently.Thorough knowledge of business analysis, change management and project management, with ability to identify / define gaps.Detail‑oriented and organized, with ability to solve problems and make timely decisions, good presentation and communication skills.Expertise in SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL databases and strong ability to write SQL queries.5+ years relevant experience as a business system and / or application analyst with MRO ERP / supply‑chain applications.Experience in SAP S4 / Hana and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.Job‑Specific Skills
