Role Overview As a Graduate Digital Delivery you will support our multi‑disciplinary teams in integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into the design and delivery of major projects across the region. You’ll work with a team of digital specialists, engineers and architects using innovative platforms like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and BIM360 to drive efficiency, collaboration and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and management of BIM models across disciplines.

Support the development of 3D and 4D models for design planning and construction stages.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure models comply with project requirements and BIM standards.

Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.

Learn and apply industry best practices for data integration, automation and visualization.

Qualifications : Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates (no later than Sept 2025) to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program.

Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2 : 1 (or equivalent) and above.

If you hold a Master’s degree it must have started within 12 months of finishing your Bachelor’s to meet the program’s continuous education requirement.

Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional‑level roles instead.

Recruitment Timeline

Screening & Interviews : June 2025 (includes CV review, phone screening and technical interviews)

Mobilization & Visa Processing : July‑August 2025

Start Date : September 2025 (Earlier start requests will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis).

Program Orientation : October 2025 – Our full graduate cohort from across the Middle East will come together for a dedicated induction, networking and team‑building experience.
