Role Purpose :
Analyze and contribute to the delivery and deployment of sports business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation and support of Facility Management Systems / BMS, Event Applications, Venue Applications, Mobile Applications, integration with third party systems provided by event organizer / venue manager, sports science and data science.
Responsibilities :
- System Analysis and Optimization : Conduct detailed analysis of sports business systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with internal departments and external vendors to gather requirements and align system functionalities with business needs.
- Integration Management : Oversee integration of third-party applications with internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Application Support : Provide technical support for sports-related applications, including troubleshooting, updates, and user training.
- Data and Sports Science Systems : Support data analytics platforms used in sports science, collaborating with performance teams to enhance insights and reporting.
- Project Coordination : Coordinate system-related projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Skills :
Proficient in multiple business analysis techniques and modelling approaches using UML & BPMNProficient in SDLC, requirements engineering, process mapping and re-engineering and functional designExperience with Facility Management Systems, BMS, and mobile applications.Familiarity with integration protocols and third-party APIs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
