Qualifications

Civil Engineer specialized in public transport systems and network planning.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in GCC countries.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Job Description

Provide technical support for transport projects through studies, analyses, and preparation of specifications and regulations required for public transport projects.

Analyze public transport data and develop programs and systems for improvement according to best international standards.

Review topics referred by the department director and assess the economic feasibility of related projects.

Design public transport networks, identify optimal network options, and continuously analyze data to enhance the networks.

Continuously update public transport system data and support database management.

Manage public transport system projects and assist in preparing terms of reference for new projects.

Supervise consultants, partners, and contractors daily, evaluate their performance, monitor project deliverables, and prepare periodic reports.

Experience in projects related to the transition to clean energy in transportation, providing technical support as needed.
