Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol regulations

Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service

Monitor inventory and assist with orders when needed

Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar is a plus

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques

Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Positive attitude, team player and excellent communication skills

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Barista skills or wine knowledge are nice to have
