Responsibilities
Analyze and review all current job descriptions to ensure alignment with the updated organizational structure.
Draft clear, concise job descriptions for new and existing positions, focusing on effective role optimization and eliminating overlaps or duplications.
Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to incorporate changes based on revised strategies and priorities, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Maintain a centralized database of draft and finalized job descriptions and participate in job evaluations and reclassifications as needed.
Ensure timely completion of job descriptions and apply recognized job evaluation methodologies to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years professional experience handling strategic Human Resources function such as Job Analyses, Job Evaluation etc.Comprehensive knowledge in Job Design and Job Descriptions
Knowledge in using the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology
Excellent English written and speaking communication skills
