Excellent understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in similar Chef de Partie - Butchery or equivalent roles in international luxury brands. Additional culinary certifications related to butchery or meat processing. Role Overview
Join our distinguished culinary team as a Chef de Partie - Butchery. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expertly managing the butchery section and contributing to exceptional culinary standards. As part of our team in Chedi Katara, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where attention to detail and quality are paramount in our vibrant, luxury hotel kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily butchery operations, including selection, preparation, and portioning of meats, poultry, and seafood according to high luxury hotel standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control in handling and storage of all products.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver menu specifications and support special culinary events.
- Mentor and train junior staff, promoting best practices in butchery techniques and kitchen organization.
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
