Key Accountabilities Brand Value Corporate Identity Assist the implementation monitoring and review of marketing activity in the position s assigned area in accordance to set branding guidelines in order to ensure CB aspired corporate image is adhered to Marketing Material Contribute to the preparation and supervision of the marketing communication activity materials according to the brand guidelines and business needs in order to support CB marketing objectives Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that communication and marketing materials are being prepared according to the brand guidelines and business needs Administer the delivery of marketing and branding materials from internal and external sources on time and on budget Media Management Coordinate communicate with the Marketing Agency on all CB owned and bought media schedule for all relevant parties in order to ensure that all collaterals are updated regularly and all media slot can be utilized optimally to add value for the business Internal Collaboration Conduct and report ongoing communication status with internal stakeholders such as but not limited to marketing communication line business team in order to ensure smooth collaboration in the marketing communication activities to create optimal result Provide the necessary internal support to the department with matters related to scheduling meetings translation in collaboration with dedicated translator if needed formatting printing and compiling presentations
