الوصف الوظيفيBachelors degree in a relevant field. Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles. Strong background in construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects. Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory / government authorities. Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects. Must have valid QID, Passport, and NOC

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the engineering division (civil, MEP, utilities).
- Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, and local authority regulations.
- Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.
- Implement quality, safety, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive value engineering, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies (e.g., BIM).
