Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry Experience : Minimum 15 years in process design for offshore platforms in Qatar.
  • Leadership Experience : At least 3 years leading process design teams on large-scale offshore projects.

    • Key Competencies

  • Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of offshore process engineering, standards (API, ASME, SHELL, QP), and Qatar-specific regulations.
  • Design Optimization : Skilled in developing innovative and practical process design solutions.
  • Software Proficiency : Advanced user of HYSYS, FLARENET, PHAST, FLARESIM.
  • Communication & Leadership : Strong English communication and team leadership skills; able to manage internal and client-facing coordination effectively.

    • Work Conditions

  • Base : Office-based in West Bay, Qatar
  • Business Trips : May include travel to Abu Dhabi, China, and Singapore
  • Rotation : 1 month annual leave
  • Contract Duration : Annually renewable contract
  • Working Schedule : 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
