Job Description

Laundry Attendant (Seasonal)

This position is responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items are cleaned, folded, and stored properly. This role supports the smooth operation of the facility by maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring timely turnaround of laundry items.

Responsibilities

• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry according to fabric type and care instructions.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues as needed.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Track laundry loads and ensure timely processing for the guest or team's use.
• Assist with inventory and stock of laundry supplies.
• Occasionally deliver clean laundry to designated areas or rooms.
• Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
