Coordinate and administer telecommunications operations.
Work with business units to understand phone system requirements and priorities.
Participate in evaluating telephony hardware and software needs.
Contribute to phone architecture design, integration, and implementation.
Manage company telecommunication systems including PBX, Cisco UC Manager, Unity, and Contact Center.
Knowledge of video, voice, and collaboration tools.
Experience with BlackBerry / EMM solutions and voice recording systems.
Support telephony disaster recovery planning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for advanced telecom issues.
Assist in testing, installing, and adjusting telecommunications equipment.
Execute maintenance plans to ensure reliability and service continuity.
Maintain technical documentation for telecom systems.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve telecom-related issues.
Perform reviews of configuration items to ensure compliance.
Configure, integrate, and maintain telecom network solutions.
Support enhancements and new implementations.
Assist with evaluating telecom systems and recommend improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
CCIE Collaboration or equivalent certification.
Relevant data center certifications.
ITIL certification preferred.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications or related fields.
