Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, data entry, correspondence).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office records.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle calls, emails, and office communications professionally.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Assist management and other departments as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Arabic preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional phone and email etiquette
Knowledge of office procedures and filing systems
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
