Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager (Greenfield and Brownfield) to join our EPC Division in Qatar.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading the construction and execution of large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects — covering both Greenfield (new development) and Brownfield (expansion and modification) scopes.

The Construction Manager will oversee all site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction activities across Greenfield and Brownfield facilities in accordance with EPC project requirements.
Oversee mechanical, piping, structural, and E&I works from erection to commissioning.
Implement constructability planning , work sequencing , and heavy-lift strategies .
Ensure strict adherence to HSE , QA / QC , and QELNG / international standards (ASME, API, IEC, ASTM, NFPA, NACE).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower resources effectively.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to resolve site conflicts and design issues.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract scope, safety, and performance KPIs.
Drive progress toward Mechanical Completion (MC) , pre-commissioning , and handover milestones .
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports , maintaining transparent communication with management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Construction Management degree is an advantage).

Minimum 15 years of EPC construction experience , including 5+ years in Oil & Gas or LNG mega projects .

Demonstrated leadership in both Greenfield and Brownfield environments, including live-plant execution.

Strong knowledge of EPC construction management , project control , budgeting , and safety management .

Solid understanding of ASME, API, IEC, ASTM, NFPA, and NACE standards.

Exceptional supervisory, coordination, and team leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage effectively across multicultural teams.

Preferred Certifications : PMP , UPDA / MMUP , NEBOSH / IOSH , Rigging / Lifting Supervisor .

GCC experience and familiarity with Qatar’s Oil & Gas industry are highly preferred.
