Overview
Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the manager and coordinate all general administrative functions, department budget requirements and utilization maintaining office confidentiality, and also involve in document control activities with latest technology and QatarEnergy standards. Required Experience and Skills
5 years’ experience in senior secretarial / administrative position. Computer literate in English with MS office applications, Lotus Notes, SAP Material Management module and External Services Module and e-applications. Excellent oral / written English communication skills along with good interpersonal skills, good editing capabilities. Written / spoken Arabic is an advantage. Good organizational skills. Educational Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent.
