Description Assemble, wire, and install electrical and instrumentation control panels according to design drawings and wiring schematics.
Mount and connect electrical components including relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, transmitters, signal isolators, and terminal blocks.
Perform wiring, glanding, and termination of power, control, and signal cables.
Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, loop, and function tests on panels and field instruments.
Support instrument calibration and panel integration activities during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Identify and resolve wiring or component issues during testing or commissioning.
Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and company-specific electrical & instrumentation standards.
Maintain documentation of assembly, test reports, and material usage.
Support field technicians during installation, pre-commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
Desired Skills & Experience Qualifications & Experience Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation panel assembly and wiring.
Strong understanding of control systems, PLC interfaces, marshalling panels, and junction boxes.
Knowledge of industrial sensors, transmitters, and control loops.
Experience in oil & gas, process plants, or industrial automation preferred.
