Head Finance ALM and Liquidity Management

Job Summary Commercial bank is hiring a Head Finance ALM and Liquidity Management to join our dynamic organization As a direct report of the Chief Financial Officer to be the Finance department s lead resource for Liquidity and Asset Liability Management ALM Working closely with the Treasury department and the ALM business to provide transparent and effective business partnering through the timely and accurate delivery of comprehensive financial and performance analysis Improve the effectiveness and internal control function of the Liquidity and Treasury ALM business and the streamline and document the Finance production processes in the area of liquidity and Treasury management Key Accountabilities Effective leadership motivation and management of the Finance Liquidity and ALM area team to deliver on annual and strategic objectives to the highest possible service standardsSecretary to ALCO Committee providing key and relevant performance data on a regular basisLead contributor and coordinator to the senior management Weekly Liquidity Management meetingICAAP Liquidity advising and providing guidance to the CFO and ALCO on all matters pertaining to Liquidity management relating to the ICAAP process Other Accountabilities Monitoring liquidity performance metric against the Bank s risk appetite RAS and business strategyDeveloping supporting and implementing liquidity management strategies aligned to the overall Bank growth mandate including understanding transparency and improvement in the Cost of Funds and associated reporting with the goal of being a key driver in the optimising the Bank s financial liquidity managementActively manage Funds Transfer Pricing FTP process throughout the bank
