Projects Methods Reporting Engineer - Doha

We have a current opportunity for a Projects Methods Reporting Engineer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Doha. For further information, please apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute and continuously refine the procurement strategy as defined by the Project Management Team (PMT), tailoring to specific package needs.
• Support package procurement engineers in engaging directly or via expediting agencies with key suppliers and EPC contractors to ensure timely delivery of vendor packages.
• Monitor and analyze procurement trends across all packages to identify performance patterns and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports highlighting successes and challenges within the procurement process.
• Provide extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the use of SAP, FI, CO, MM, PM modules and related work order management.
• Evaluate vendor performance throughout the project execution phase and provide insights into market conditions.
• Assist in tendering activities, ensuring alignment with procurement strategy and project timelines.
• Oversee and assess contractors’ reports, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
• Support implementation of internal HSSE rules, develop and maintain internal MP procedures, and prepare project organisational documents and presentations.
• Participate in internal audits, prepare KPI dashboards, manage tender documentation, and support project communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and information.
• Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to MP.
• Support MP training matrix preparation and manage training needs.
