The Account Executive's primaryresponsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, andclosing new business to existing and net new customers. The AccountExecutive empowers our customers to achieve their full potential byunderstanding their strategy, unique business goals, and desiredoutcomes, thereby driving cloud revenue growth through leadingdedicated sales efforts to help customers solve their businesschallenges by positioning value through our solutions.
Asan Account Executive within the SAP Academy for Customer Success,you will be responsible for the following :
Successfullycomplete a 10-month learn-apply program, which includes classroomphases and field phases with your sales team, that enhances yoursupport in the role and is a critical customer-facing functionwithin our Customer Success Board Area.
Immerse yourselfin multi-dimensional, experiential learning focusing on digitaltransformation, global intelligence, human skills, business andtechnology acumen, solution / industry knowledge, andstrategy / tools / process.
Learn how to drive value acrossthe customer lifecycle through solution adoption and ongoingrenewals that foster account expansion.
Receiveonboarding in your local market with on-the-job training andmentoring by a Senior Account Executive in the field. You will beable to work both behind the scenes and directly withcustomers.
The program will enrich your knowledge of SAPand the Customer Success board area and give you professionalexperience so that you can be ready to serve our customers. Weoffer full-time employment from day one with practical learningapplications for your role. Upon successful completion of theprogram, you will move into a direct customer-facing sales role inyour market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching supportto accelerate your growth.

What you’llbring
2-3 years of work experience in aquota-carrying sales environment in a technology company OR in arole with significant exposure to businessprocesses.
Multi-dimensional experience : globalexperience, leadership role, entrepreneurial / self-starter,volunteerism, music, sports, etc.
Effective communicationskills including fluency in English and locallanguage.
Proficient interpersonal skills includingpassion, curiosity, listening skills, professional presence,empathy, and a “can-get-it-done”mentality.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate acrossdiverse stakeholders and business functions.
StrongBusiness Acumen including demonstrated knowledge of businessprocesses and / or industries.
