Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Beach-Operation Manager to join our luxury beachfront property in Doha, Qatar. As the Beach-Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special events

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue

Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies

Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences

Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents

Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with specific experience in beach operations management

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences

Excellent operational planning and execution skills

Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and water activities

Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in relevant computer software and property management systems

First Aid and CPR certification

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends in beach resort operations

Familiarity with local tourism regulations and standards in Qatar

Understanding of local culture and customs is highly desirable

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
