Job Description Job Purpose Under the general guidance of the Marketing Manager or any other authorized by the management, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the execution of Mondrian Doha's Social Media Strategy and programs. This role works closely with Corporate Office to define and implement campaigns that drive awareness, create buzz, grow our reach and support our lifestyle.
Duties & Functions Creative Development & Branding
Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print, including social media posts, hotel brochures, menus, event flyers, press kits, advertisements, signage, and presentations
Ensure brand consistency across all materials while tailoring designs to specific campaigns, guest segments, and market needs
Support the development of brand campaigns and hotel initiatives with fresh, innovative design concepts
Digital & Social Media Content
Create engaging digital visuals (static, GIF, and short-form video / motion graphics) optimized for web, social media, and e-marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design creative assets for website, newsletters, paid media, and digital advertising
Ensure all creative assets meet brand and technical specifications for digital platforms
Operational & Event Support
Design promotional materials for F&B outlets, spa, events, and hotel activations
Support internal departments (Sales, Events, PR, Rooms, and F&B) with creative requests while maintaining brand integrity
Assist with photography, videography, and basic editing when required
Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with the Director of Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Liaise with external agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality production and timely delivery of assets
