Job Description The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, handling all front desk operations efficiently, managing appointments, and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.

Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.

Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures for spa guests.

Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and product recommendations.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly and professionally.

Manage spa booking system, scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with therapists and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations or rescheduling.

Handle phone calls, emails, and walk‑in inquiries.

Maintain accurate guest records and service history.

Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash / credit transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue.

Support marketing campaigns and special promotions.

Track and report daily sales and booking statistics.

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; diploma / certificate in hospitality or spa management preferred.

Experience : Minimum 1–2 years in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment preferred).

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in POS systems and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti, or equivalent).

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Customer‑oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
