الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 10+ years of engineering experience, with significant exposure to high-voltage systems (transmission, substations, switchgear, etc.). Proven experience in project execution within oil & gas, utilities, or large infrastructure. Strong knowledge of international HV standards and best practices. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Previous Middle East project experience is an advantage. Join a long-term, strategic project running through 2030. Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with strong expertise in high-voltage systems to join a major energy and infrastructure project in Qatar. This role is pivotal in delivering engineering excellence across project stages, ensuring technical integrity, compliance with international standards, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate high-voltage engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Review and validate contractor / subcontractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on design, construction, testing, and commissioning of HV systems.
- Oversee project interfaces with procurement, construction, and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for management.
