Overview
The Acquisition & Sales Officer – Last Mile will be responsible for acquiring new vendor partnerships, managing vendor relations, and driving sales performance. This role will also support in monitoring order flow, ensuring smooth execution, and maximizing revenue opportunities for Rafeeq’s Last Mile service. Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new vendors for the Last Mile service across key verticals (F&B, retail, groceries, pharmacies, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements aligned with company strategy. Develop and execute strategies to increase order volume and service revenue. Track and report sales performance, ensuring the targets are met. Analyze vendor performance and recommend initiatives for revenue optimization. Operations Coordination
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow and service quality. Monitor vendor feedback and escalate operational challenges. Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, CS, IT) to align sales activities with service delivery. Research market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Maintain a pipeline of prospective vendors and ensure timely follow-up. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor management (preferably in logistics, delivery, or retail sectors). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Target-driven with proven record of achieving sales growth. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
