In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, adding new customers, and retaining existing ones while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for HONDA and GAC fleet vehicles. This position requires proactive engagement with B2B clients, strong relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the automotive market What You Will Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HONDA and GAC fleet vehicles
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Fleet Sales Manager
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure customers receive excellent post-purchase support
• Stay updated on new product launches and technological advancements in the automotive industr Required Skills to be Successful
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in automotive sales or B2B sales
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Valid Qatar driving license and Arabic speaker is an added advantage
